Privacy notice

Jeyan Santioque is the data controller for Real Estate by Jeyan. In this notice, "we" and "us" refer to Jeyan and the authorized people who support her practice. This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, how long we keep it, and your rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

What we collect

When you submit a request, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), preferred contact method, request type, and the details you choose to provide. Depending on your request, those details may include a buyer brief, general property location, seller relationship, broker credentials, consultation preferences, your message, or a specific listing ID.

When you simply browse the site, we collect anonymous usage data through Vercel Analytics: page paths, viewport size, anonymized country, and approximate timing. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Why we collect it

We first place website requests in a private review queue. An authorized operator reviews the request before deciding whether to create a lead, listing, consultation activity, or referral record. We use the information to respond and, where you have indicated interest, share relevant property updates. We use anonymous usage data to understand which pages are working and which need improvement.

How long we keep it

Website submissions and any records created after review are retained for three (3) years from the date of last contact, after which they are deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Who has access

Only Jeyan Santioque and authorized people supporting her real estate practice have access to your information. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

Our website uses Google Sheets (our internal system of record) and Resend (transactional email). Both are encrypted in transit and at rest.

Public photo uploads are not active in the current pilot. When they are activated, this notice will be updated before the form accepts files. Legal and identity documents will not be accepted through the public website.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to be informed, access, object, rectify, request erasure or blocking, file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission, and seek damages. To exercise any of these rights, email us at realestatebyjeyan@gmail.com.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies (theme preference is stored locally in your browser, not on our server). We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
